| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法等,以2006年9月参加全国体育院校大学生田径运动会的教练员和运动员为研究对象,分析转型时期我国体育院校培养高水平运动队的现状和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了体育院校培养运动员的发展对策.

| Abstract: | Using the investigation and interview methods with the coaches and athletes of 2006' National Athletics Games of Institutes of Physical Education as object,the authors analyzed the present status and problems of the top sports teams in the Institutes of Physical Education during the transform period and provided some countermeasures for development. |
