提高大学生考勤管理实效性的思考

高校学生考勤是高校学风建设的重要手段，是保证高校教育、教学秩序正常运行的必要措施。随着社会环境的变化，高校的考勤管理也出现了越来越多困难。本文从大学生缺勤的多方面原因入手，提出高校思政辅导员有效实施考勤管理的原则与方法，从而切实提高思想政治教育与管理的实效性。

Reflections on Improving the Effectiveness of University Students＇ Attendance Management

Student attendance is an important means of university study style construction, as well as a necessary measure to ensure the normal order of university education and teaching. With the change of the social environment, university attendance manage-ment has become more and more difficult. From the reasons of u-niversity students＇ absenteeism, this paper puts forward princi-ples and methods for university ideological and political coun-selors＇ effective implementation of attendance management, thus effectively improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education and management.
