| 摘 要： | 消费率作为一项重要的宏观经济指标，对经济能否正常运行起着重要的作用。通过对福建省改革开放以来的居民消费率(包括城镇居民消费率和农村居民消费率)、政府消费率进行研究，提出了提高消费率的政策建议。

| Abstract: | As an important indicator of macroeconomy,consumption rate plays an important role on whether or not the economy can be run normally.The authors made a study on the consumption rate of residents including consumption rate of urban and rural residents,and consumption rate of government in Fujian province since 1978;and put forward suggestion on policy for promoting consumption rate. |
