| 摘 要： | 法治精神与法制建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的灵魂。法制建设必须与构建社会主义和谐社会相适应。和谐社会的法制建设要充分体现“以人为本”的精神,重视保证社会主义民主法治得到进一步充分发展,立足于使社会公平与正义得到切实维护和实现,重视规范诚信友爱行为,充分体现对创新与创造行为的保护,维护好安定有序的社会环境,积极规范人与自然和谐相处的行为,维护经济社会发展的安全。
