河南省农业科技成果产业化的现状与对策

目前,河南省农业科技成果产业化存在的主要问题是农业科研与开发经营活动没有形成有机的整体,科技资源配置不合理,农业科技运行机制不适应市场经济发展的需要,农业科研单位面向市场的能力弱,农业科技市场总体水平低等。今后应建立农业科研开发体系、科技运行机制、农业科技投入体系,调整农业科研方向,发展农业科技组织,推进农业产业化经营,完善农业科技市场,实行科技企业化改制。
