土地规模经营的障碍及其出路

土地规模经营是继家庭联产承包责任制之后，我国农村经济体制改革的又一理论研究重点，对此研究具有十分重要的理论与实际意义。但是对于土地规模经营具体所指，众说纷纭；对于土地规模经营的障碍及解决方案，则智见智，各有表述。本通过对当前中国农村土地经营现状的分析，阐述了农村土地规模经验的内涵，提出土地集约化经营模式的农村土地规模经营发展道路，指出了制约土地规模经营的因素，并且提出了相应的解决方案。

The Obstacle and Path to The Scale Land Use

The scale land use was another theorical study emphasis on the reform of the agriculture economics structure in China ,which was followed the Family-u nited contracted Producing System of Responsibility ,therefore ,it had very impo rtant theorical and practical meaning. In this paper, I discuss the content of t he scale of land use , pointed out the restricted factors of the scale land use ,analyzed the obstacle of it ,put forward the development road to the rural scal e land use of intensive land using pattern .
