| 摘 要： | 信息技术的飞速发展与广泛应用使得网络成为人们获取信息的重要方式．通过对目前网络资源库存在的局限性的分析，提出了利用知识管理技术进行网络资源库管理的构想，设计了知识管理系统的体系结构，并详细论述了其各部分所完成的功能．

This article analyses the localization about the network- resource- library at present, put forward the idea which to use knowledge management technology to manage network - resource - library, designs the systemic structure of knowledge management system, and discusses the function in detail. |
