| 摘 要： | 随着高校改革的深化,地方性高校合并步伐的加快,《普遍高等学校图书馆规程》全面落实显得尤为重要。为了使《规程》真正落实到处,有必要在《规程》的基础上制定适合本馆工作实际的“规程”。
