| Abstract: | LED,an ideal medium for displaying public information which displays video signals such as texts,pictures,two-dimensional or three-dimensional animations and TVs,videos,VCD etc,as the resultant of contemporary hi-tech development,has been extensively utilized in the field of all the administrative departments.This article introduces the classification,application and managing methods of LED in details and provides some useful references for help. |
