| Abstract: | From analysis of the concept of BOT,this paper discusses the advantages of Electric Power BOT project and its basic operation mode.It is expounded that Electric Power BOT is necessary and feasible according to the analysis of the development of electric power industry and the implementation of Electric Power BOT.At the same time,some prob- lems and methods to be noticed in applying BOT are put forward. |
