| 摘 要： | 素质教育与应试教育的区别是由两种不同的教育思想决定的。提倡素质教育是时代、社会和教育自身发展的需要。实施素质教育需要正确处理宏观 (社会环境 )、中观 (学校 )和微观 (教学 )的关系。
