| Abstract: | Liang Qichao was not a follower of the traditional so called "use foreigners to resist foreigners"diplomatic tactics.He advocated that China should maintain independence and keep the initiative in its own hands and shouldn't be afraid of or fully depend on any big powers. What's more,he emphasized that China should make use of international laws and deplomatic knowledge to uphold state sovereighty and national dignity. |
