大学组织管理中的松散联合模式探究

摘    要:大学的组织管理呈现出松散的状态,但通过对其在组织目标、任务、文化等中的表现,显示大学往往是松散与牢固的联合,松散“目标”和“管理”需要共同的组织文化来“粘合”,从而提高组织效率,使组织达到“松而不乱”。同时也给我国的大学组织管理一些启示:1.大学管理应以教师、学生和学科为本位,赋予教师和院系充分的自主权;2.大学行政权力的使用要适度;3.共享的信念和情感以文化的形态将各部门,各成员紧紧的粘合在一起,这种粘合是有机的、富有弹性的。

Abstract:The organization and management of university have been in a loose state.However through the organization of its objectives,tasks,and culture of performance,university is a union of looseness and firmsness.Loose "target" and "management" need a common organizational culture to "glue" to enhance organizational efficiency,enabling organizations to achieve "loose but not chaotic".Meanwhile,it also brings China's inspiration for the management of China's universities: first,university's management should be based on teachers,students and subjects,giving full autonomy to teachers and departments;second,university should appropriately use its executive power;third,shared beliefs and emotional patterns of culture bond all departments and all members tightly,and this bond is organic and flexible.
