| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和知识经济时代,技术的研究与开发对企业的竞争力乃至生存起着越来越重要的作用,而国际间企业技术转移无疑是企业快速获得外部技术资源的一条重要途径。近年来,国际技术转移已出现一些新的形式,这些新形式内容如何?动机何在?对我国企业又有哪些启示?对此进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | BIn times of economy globlization and knowledge economy, the research and development on technology is playing an important part in competence and existence of firms, and the international transfer technology among firms is certainly a main way for them to acquire quickly technology from external firms. Recently, some new forms on international transfer technology have appeared. What contents and motives are there for these new forms? And what enlightenments are there for Chinese firms? Here, we try to analyse these questions. |
