公共行政价值的研究意义正被学界所共识。基于“政治—行政”的分析框架,西方学界在传统公共行政学时期对公共行政价值的研究是不自觉的,处于被遮蔽状态。新公共行政学时期对公共行政价值的研究异常活跃,但由于研究背景、视角等的差异,导致了一定的混乱状态。随着共识的积累,对于公共行政价值的研究也必将由浑沌走向有序,由零散走向系统。

Based on the frame of politics and administration, the research in traditional public administration period in west academic circle was unconscious and be covered. In the new public administration period, the research is extremely active. But due to the difference of backgrounds and vision, there comes some chaos during the research.
