| Abstract: | From the practice of discussing and compiling new teaching materical,this paper discussed the problem of reform in education and construction of teaching material in higher engineering educaion in transforming form laying stress on science of engineering fo application of engineering and following cognitive regulation of education and dealing with difference in all kinds of knowledge. |
