基于国家发展战略的高校大格局社会服务职能研究

高等院校作为知识聚集地，在国家发展中扮演着重要角色，承担着社会服务职能。随着我国创新型发展战略的实施，高校社会服务职能愈发显得重要和迫切。在此背景下，我国高校应借鉴美国高校从事社会服务的成功经验和启示，克服存在的不足，转变观念、提高认识，创新体制机制建设，丰富社会服务内涵，积极开展全方位、大格局的社会服务，满足国家区域发展需要。

Study on Comprehensively Functional Pattern of Univer-sity Community Service Based on National Development Strategies

Institutions of higher education,as places gathering knowledge, play an important role in national development and perform community service functions. With the implementation of innovative development strategy, university community service functions become increasingly important and urgent. In this con-text, our universities should learn from American universities the successful experience and inspiration in community services in order to overcome the deficiencies, change the concepts, raise awareness, build innovative institutional mechanisms to enrich the connotation of community services, actively carry out com-prehensive pattern of community services to meet the needs of national and regional development.
