| Abstract: | This survey randomly samples 145 kindergarten leaders in the rural areas of northern Jiangsu and makes a random stratum selection of 15 from them by adopting ways of questionnaires and structural interviews with a view to exploring the current issues, its causes and solutions, in hopes of smooth implementation of guidance to childhood education in the rural areas. |
