远程开放教育课程形成性考核中的表现性评价研究

摘    要:课程形成性考核是远程开放教育教学质量保证体系的重要组成部分,是人才培养目标实现的有力保障。课程形成性考核的改革是“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”(以下简称“试点”)的关键环节,同时也是薄弱环节。“以人为本”是“试点”和远程开放教育的重要理念。这一理念的确立要求课程形成性考核应关注学习者的差异性、多样性、发展性,应充分发挥学习者学习的主体作用,体现人的自主性和个性化。表现性评价为形成性考核提供了新的思路和方法,为形成性考核发展性评价功能的实现注入了新的基因。

Abstract:Formative assessment in curriculum is an important component of teaching quality guarantee system in the open and distance education and the forceful guarantee of the realization aimed at human resources cultivating.The reform of formative assessment is the key and weakness of the Human Resources Cultivating Reform in the Open Education,a pilot program carried out by the China Central Radio and Television University(shortened form "The experimental stage" thereinafter)."Human orientation" is the important idea of "The experimental stage" and the open and distance education,which requires that the formative assessment should attend to students' otherness,diversity,development while embodying their autonomy and individuality,students fully exerting their autonomy in the learning process.Performance Assessment provides new idea,method and gene to the formative assessment.
