| 摘 要： | 地方高校在建设创新型国家中肩负着重要的使命,是国家创新体系的重要基础,也是区域创新体系的龙头和骨干。地方高校应充分认识自身在建设创新型国家中的地位和作用,积极适应区域经济社会发展趋势,充分发挥比较优势,找准学校的定位,坚持学研产结合,服务区域经济社会发展。
