| 摘 要： | 采用调查的方法对来自新疆维吾尔族自治区的119名管理干部进行16PF人格测试，其中被试年龄跨度从24岁到49岁。数据使用SPSS13．0进行统计分析。结果表明：（1）新疆维吾尔族自治区管理干部的总体人格特点是：人际适应能力强，善于与人相处；思维敏捷，开朗热情；独立自信并能与现实保持一致，总体心理健康状况良好。（2）在人格特点上存在性别差异：女性干部思维更敏捷，较男性有更强的合作精神，也更敏感；男性体现出更强的现实性。（3）年龄不满30岁的干部独立性最强；年龄在40岁以上的干部自律性最强，同时更注重客观现实。
