| 摘 要： | 传统的人格研究受到本质论的影响,人格与文化分别处于独白之中。"独白的"人格作为文化中的客体是抽象的和静态的。静态的人格不能全面阐释文化与人的关系。在建构主义思想的影响下,"对话的"自我开始替代"人格",自我作为文化中的主体是动态的和开放的存在,与文化之间是一种对话的关系。人格与自我的分野体现了心理学研究的一种新趋势:愈加重视研究的交往性与真实性。
