| 摘 要： | 《圣经》中的立约观念对西方文化影响至深。神和人的立约充分体现了契约的因素,揭示了契约的产生过程,体现出平等和自由这个前提条件的要求。从神和人立约的过程看出契约的产生是一个试错的过程,而契约的结果是各方福利的改进。

| Abstract: | The covenant-making notion in The Bible has exerted a deep influence upon the occidental culture. The covenant made by God and humankind finds its fullest expression in the factors of a covenant and the process of covenant-making is revealed. A prerequisite for equality and freedom is exposed. From the process of covenant making between God and humankind, we can see the emergence of covenants is an error-trying process, while the result of a covenant is the improvement of welfare on both sides. |
