| Abstract: | The author probed into the combined application of planning theory and physical education in colleges and universities, and considered that the introduction of planning conception into physical education in colleges and universities is provided with positive effects on cultivating qualified talents, promoting academic construction, optimizing organizational management, intensifying teaching reform, enhancing teaching effect, and carry out high quality and high class physical education and culture activities. |
