高等教育大众化与高等职业教育质量工程建设

针对高等教育大众化阶段高等职业教育质量跟不上社会对人才培养的要求，培养目标出现位移，职业院校对质量的内涵认识模糊等问题，从清晰人才培养目标的定位，倒新工学结合的体制机制，开展以能力为本位的课程改革，建立质量标准和质量保障体系等方面来分析高职教育质量工程建设的路径，以促进高职教育质量的提高。
