| 摘 要： | 高校新生与毕业生的教育是大学生四年受教育过程中的关键环节，历史上一些教育家，如金陵女子大学校长吴贻芳就非常重视新生与毕业生的教育，积累了很好的经验，当前应在借鉴历史经验的基础上采取有效措施，加强高校新生与毕业生的教育。

| Abstract: | The education of both the freshmen and senior undergraduates is a very important pr ocess in the four-year undergraduate education. Historical educationalists, such as the headmaster of the Jinling Women's College, have paid a great attention t o the education of the freshmen and seniors, hence accumulating abundant tips. L ikewise, they function as a good foundation for enhancing our education of the f reshmen and seniors in universities. |
