以人为本 改变军校实验室管理模式

实验室是进行实验教学的重要基地,加强实验室的建设和管理,提高实验教学质量是各高等学校面临的重要课题。以人为本,是现代高校实验室工作的核心理念,它对于促进实验室健康、和谐地发展具有重要意义。建立开放式综合实验室,实现了设备的最大利用率,充分满足了师生的需求;开放管理办法的建立,实现了实验室管理的人性化;各项管理制度的细化、强化,把对师生的关怀落实到了实处;健全设备维护、使用制度,更好地实现了人的价值。文章根据军校实验室的特点和工作实践,分析了当前军校实验室管理方面存在的一些问题,进而对实验室人性化管理模式进行了探讨。

Taking People as the Foremost,Changing the Administration Mode of Army College Laboratories

Laboratory is the key base for experiment teaching.Enhancing the construct and administration of laboratories,and improving the teaching quality are the important tasks of every institutions of higher learing.Taking people as the foremost is the core idea in modern laboratory management in colleges and universities.The opening of integrated laboratory,which actualizes the maximum utilization of the equipment,sufficiently satisfies the demand of teachers and students.Humanized management is realized through the open management measures.The concern for teachers and students is shown through the refinement and strengthening of the management system.According to the practice and characteristic of army college laboratories,the problems existing in current army college laboratory are analyzed in this paper,and the humanist mode of laboratory administration is discussed.
