城市IT零售电子商务与物流一体化策略研究

在城市IT零售现状分析的基础上，提出了借助购物网站和实体店铺实现商流，针对城市内的消费者．利用本地物流企业的配送系统来完成城市内配送上门业务的新销售模式。在对比分析它与传统的销售方式优劣势的基础上，提出了实施方案，并进行了可行性分析，最后展望了这一策略的实施前景。

Research on the Urban IT Retail E-commerce and Logistics Integration Strategies

This paper puts forward a new type of business with the help of shopping sites and entities shops on the basis of analyzing the present situation of urban IT E-commerce.This kind of business is a new model of door-to-door sale making use of the local logistic enterprises' distributing system.This paper also gives practical plans and prospects after comparatively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages between this new model and the traditional one.
