| Abstract: | An urgent requirement of moral education effectiveness in higher schools is raised in the new situation. It is expected to take the new ethic notion : taking the moral education at the first place; advocating infiltration; taking human beings as dominant factors; making the education close to life. All the workers of ethic education should keep the level of the height of science development, advance with the time and explore constantly the new way of moral education effectiveness in higher schools. |
