七年制医学生放疗科临床实习带教体会

临床实习是医学专业学生培养体系中最重要的环节之一,是培养学生将理论知识运用于临床实践,提高其临床实践能力、临床思维能力和医患沟通能力的重要阶段。七年制临床医学专业研究生是一个特殊的群体,其培养模式不同于五年本科加三年研究生(5+3)的临床医学专业学位培养模式。本文对七年制医学生放疗科临床实习的带教体会进行了总结,并结合七年制医学生的特点,探讨提高放疗科临床实习教学质量的方法,为临床医学生的实习培养提供参考。

Experience of Clinical Practice in Radiotherapy for Seven-year Medical Students

Clinical practice is one of the most important links in the training system of medical students.It is an important stage for students to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice and improve their clinical practice ability,clinical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication ability.The seven-year clinical medicine graduate student is a special group,its training mode is different from that of five years undergraduate course and three years graduate students(53).This article summarizes the teaching experience of clinical practice in radiotherapy for seven-year medical students.Combining with the characteristics of seven-year medical students,this paper discusses the methods to improve the teaching quality of clinical practice in radiotherapy,to provide reference for practice training.
