基于生源差异的个性化培养模式运行实践研究

摘    要:实施个性化人才培养模式是提高大学教学质量的重要手段之一。本文分析了高校生源及教学现状,针对学生生源层次差异大、人才技能需求多样化的特点,提出了个性化培养模式,并对其运行模式进行了比较研究;总结分析了个性化培养方案运行过程中遇到的问题,并提出了应对策略,有效保证了个性化教学质量的提高。

Abstract:Adopting personalized education mode is the most important way to improve quality of higher education.This paper analyzed the student sources and education operating in current university.Based on the obvious student source differences and the diversity of talent demand,this paper put forward a comprehensive method for the personalized education.Also the operating status of personalized education mode is analyzed and the solutions to ensure the education quality is discussed.
