| 摘 要： | 工程保证担保市场是一个经营信用风险的市场,保持担保主体的信用是这一市场赖以存在的关键。为了保持市场担保主体的信用,防止因担保主体无力承担赔付责任而造成市场信用的崩溃,需要加强对工程保证担保市场的监督管理工作,制定相应的防范措施。
