| 摘 要： | 中共十七大报告中首次提出的“创造条件让更多群众拥有财产性收入”，引起国内外广泛关注．正确理解这一特殊时期的新提法．充分利用、把握这一政策导向．指导自己的经济实践．具有十分重要的现实意义。本文将就财产性收入的概念、意义进行解析，分析了我国居民财产性收入的现状．并提出一些增收对策。
