| 摘 要： | 在后勤改革过程中,高校为了维护自身的利益与师生的利益,为确保后勤服务市场的规范运作并促进其发展,对其进行适度监管是必然选择。适度监管的科学定位要做到追求以人为本;追求社会与经济双重效益;追求与其它监管力量相协调:追求约束与激励相结合。

| Abstract: | In the process of socialization,universities will be bound to moderately supervise their rear service reform in order to maintain their own benefits and standardize rear service markets.And moderate supervision should be based on humanism and also in pursuit of a variety of harmonies,such as social benefits and economic benefits,school-based supervision and other forms of supervision,restraint and incentive. |
