| 摘 要： | 我国的人大代表直接选举的制度建设,已取得了很大成就,但在选举方法和程序上,还存在一些不尽人意的地方,影响了选举制度功能的有效发挥。本文对其中的一些主要问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了一些可行性的建议。
