| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,旅游人才的培养受到很大冲击和影响。在高职旅游专业教学中,实践教学是学生理论知识得以实现的根本途径,也是提高学生岗位技能的根本手段。完善校内实训设施建设、加强校企合作、建设双师型教师队伍对于提高实践教学效果、培养学生综合能力和素质意义重大。

| Abstract: | After entering the WTO, higher vacational education in China encountered a great influence and challenge. As the key tache in the teaching of Tour Service Majors in higher vacational education, practical course teaching is the ultimate way for the students to practise their theories and the basic measure to improve their skills. It will be great significant in this field to construct training facilities, reinforce the cooperation with tourism enterprises and train a group of teachers with "double professional qualities". |
