谈舞蹈教学目标的实现

舞蹈教学大纲中所规定的只是个预期目标,而真正能够达到这个预期目标则必须依靠学生们的学习能力,而打开学生的这种能力的钥匙则恰恰是由教师所掌握着的。教师不可以用一种永远不变的方式进行全部的教学活动,教师的教学观念必须适当地进行转变。学生在教室里所学到了的每一个动作或者技术技巧都不是最终目标。教师的最大作用就是引导学生在学习的过程中发现问题,解决问题,激发出学生的创造力,从而使学生们所学到的内容远远大于教师在课堂上所教授的内容。

On the Realization of Dance Teaching Goal

The dance teaching outline regulates only an expected goal,however,reaching the expected goal actually must depend on students＇ study ability.The key to opening students＇ this ability is just hold by teachers.Teachers can not use ever-invariable method to conduct the whole teaching activity.Teachers＇ teaching concept should be changed properly.Each movement or technical skill learned by students in classroom is not the final goal.Teachers＇ largest function is to guide students to find problem,and solve it in the study process,as well as to stimulate students＇ creativity,so that students can learn much more than the content in classroom instructed by teachers.
