吉林省高职院校教师低成就感的调查研究

通过对吉林省松源职业技术学院、吉林工商学院等五所高职院校342名教师职业倦怠的调查,发现吉林省高职院校教师职业倦怠总体状况不严重,但教师个人成就感偏低.本文着重对影响教师低成就感的因素进行研究分析,得到如下结论：1.不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、教龄、职务、课时量的教师在低成就感维度上表现出显著差异.2.职称、月收入、任课类型、校外兼职四个因素在低成就感维度上的表现不显著.最后,提出了提高吉林省高职院校教师成就感的对策与建议.

An Investigation and Study on Lack of Personal Accomplishment among Teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jilin Province

The writer of this paper has carried out an investigation about job burnout among 342 teachers of five higher vocational colleges in Jilin province including Songyuan Vocational College and Jilin Business and Technology College.The result indicates that the job burnout among teachers is not serious generally but the personal accomplishment among teachers is much lower.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the variables of causing the lack of personal accomplishment among teachers and the following conclusions display that：1.Different gender, age,marital status,education,positions and class teachers in the dimension of low personal accomplishment show significant differences.2.Those four factors（title,income,class type and off-campus part-time） in the performance of lack of personal accomplishment dimension are not significant.At the end of this paper,the writer puts forward some measures and advisories to raise the personal accomplishment among teachers in vocational colleges in Jilin.
