The cadre education integration is the inevitable result of much attention on leadership education,the request of learning society, the urgent need of the present situation of our cadre education.The aim of integration is to cultivate the leaders who can adapt to the request of time development,also is to enhance the quality and the benefit of cadre education.In the practice,we must take promoting cadres' reconsideration as the guidance,take the development rule of the cadre as the basis,take the ability improvement as the standard,take the need of work as a standpoint.
