| 摘 要： | 继续教育是人才成长的一个重要方面。文章认为要提高农村中小学教师继续教育质量 ,必须使教育目标明确化 ,教育内容多样化 ;教师授课社会化 ,学员选课灵活化 ;教学组织形式多样化 ;教学手段现代化 ;培训形式多样化 ,对象全员化 ;管理规范化。
