| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situations about learning and management of postgraduate in master degree of education,proposing the viewpoint of using information technology to moderate the contradiction between working and learning.Then,it points out the theoretical basis and key techniques to develop the platform,and it also expounds the functions and characteristics of the platform.Finally,it gives several questions that need to be paid attention on using of the platform. |
