| 摘 要： | 目前一些地方以党委通知或决议的形式要求国家公务员"延时加班"的做法违背我国宪法及相关法律法规,侵犯了公务员作为普通公民的合法权益,对社会其他行业会产生消极的示范效应,与我国当前蓬勃发展的人权事业不符。各级党政部门应厉行"法治",根据各职能部门工作性质与特点,适当利用"双休日"为民服务,坚决杜绝不顾具体情况,加班"一刀切"的做法。
