| 摘 要： | 能力建设是高校辅导员队伍建设的关键所在.本文阐述了"能力本位"的基本观点,着重分析了"能力"、"能力本位"和"能力建设"的基本内涵,在此基础上提出了当前高校辅导员的工作能力构成,并强调要从选拔、培养、使用和评价四个方面创新运作机制,切实加强高校辅导员的能力建设.

| Abstract: | The capability construction is the key problem in the tutor's capability construction in colleges and universities.This paper explains the basis opinion of "Capability Standard",mainly analyzes the basic connotation of "Capability","Capability Standard",and "Capability Construction".With this,it further points out the composition of the tutor's working ability in current colleges and universities,and stresses the creative operating mechanism from four aspects:selection,cultivation,employment and assessment,practically enhancing the tutor's capability construction in colleges and universities. |
