| Abstract: | At the moment, there are many problems in the coun try side. The farmers' income is raised too slowly and the surplus labour in the co u ntryside is increasing and so on. Higher emphases have been put on them. We mu st take active countermeasures and bring the relative advantage of agriculture i nto play to break away from the present dilemma. |
