| 摘 要： | 文章对钻井技术专业的原课程体系进行了重构，将钻井技术专业的课程按岗位需要划分为井身设计、钻井液配制和开钻三个工作过程，由工作过程导出相应的行动领域、学习领域和学习情境，为学生提供了真实的职业学习情境。在课程实施过程中，将基础理论课程融入技能培养的实践教学之中，理论教学与实践教学没有明显的界限。
