| 摘 要： | 自我调节学习能力是社会发展的需要，是个体自身发展的需要。自我控制能力的发展为自我调节学习提供了可能性。内在个人因素、外在环境因素对自我调节学习有影响，据此提出了培养自我调节学习能力的方法。
