| 摘 要： | 论述了科技进步的双重性 ,对可持续发展战略与生态文明的辨证关系以及当代科技的生态价值与生态伦理取向进行了探讨 ,阐明了唯有唤起生态文明 ,自觉建立正确的生态与环境意识 ,并运用现代科技 ,利用自然、保护自然 ,才是人类求得生存和发展的唯一出路这一观点 |

| Abstract: | The dilemma of science and technology is expounded.Dialectical relationship between sustainable development strategy and ecological civilization is discussed. Meanwhile,ecological value of present science and technology and orientation of ecological ethics clarified. The view that human has the possibility of existence and development by the way of utilizing and protecting the nature is elaborated. |
