| 摘 要： | 现今的英语作为一门世界语言或国际通用语言,除了本族语者外,被众多非本族语者使用于国际国内环境。在语言变体的研究中,其功能的研究必不可少。文章试图从功能角度出发,对国内外对于变体功能的研究情况作介绍,并以Kachru与Kirkpatric对语言变体的功能研究为理论基础,对中国英语在应用、发展中产生的功能,尤其是交际、认同与文化功能加以探讨。

| Abstract: | Modern English, as a world language or an international language, besides native speakers, is used by many non-native speakers for international and domestic communications. The paper lays a particular emphasis on the communicative, identity, and cultural function of China English from the perspective of function, on the basis of the functional theories of language of Kachru and Kirkpatric, when it is used and developed in China. |
