摘    要:廉洁奉公是对领导干部的基本要求,领导干部廉洁奉公内驱力机制的形成对领导干部队伍建设具有极其重要的意义。领导干部廉洁奉公内驱力形成的核心是自律、他律、自律和他律的辩证统一。学习、培训和修养是实现自律的主要方法和途径;搞好监督与制约,可以强化他律;促进他律与自律的结合与统一,达到“慎独”境界是关键和目的。

Abstract:It is essential requirement for cadres to be honest in performing their official duties . Developing a system of internal incentive of being honest in performing their official duties has great significance in constructing a leading rank.To develop leading cadres's internal incentive for integrity and public spirit,self-discipline and heteronomy is the key point.The main method and route for developing self-discipline is to study , take part in training class and cultivate oneself.Effective supervision and restriction can not only strengthen heronomy but also promote the combination and unity of heronomy and self-discinpline.
