An Essay on Performance Improvement

Performance improvement initiatives are prevalent in organizations these days, emanating from different functions and frequently addressing the same or related challenges and opportunities. We propose that these efforts be integrated across the three levels of organizations—worker, work, and workplace—to reduce confusion and to maximize results for employees and customers.
